PARTIAL
Partial and Recovery Dates
Consult your teachers and / or colleagues about the partial and recovery dates , usually it is said in the 1st week of the subject with the conditions for the approval of the subject.
To PROMOTE a subject you must have an average of 7 between the 2 exams. Very important to know:
The 2 exams must be PASSED .
The only exception depending on the teacher may be that in the first quarter
You have taken 3 and in the second 10, and NOT the other way around , they promote you the same.
The sum of notes between the 2 partials must give a total of 13 or more
(some teachers require it to be 14)
What happens according to the marks of your partials?
We leave EVERYTHING detailed below.
-If you got less than 4 in both sets : YOU RESOURCE THE MATTER
-If in a partial you got 4 and the other you disapproved: YOU WILL RECOVER THE DISAPPROVED
-If you pass an exam with more than 4 and you fail the other, it may happen that:
The sum of the two results in 13 and GO TO THE END.
The sum of the two gives LESS THAN 13 and YOU RECOVER THE DISAPPROVED.
-If you passed both exams there are also two chances:
The sum of the two gives 13 and YOU GO TO THE END.
Between the two of you give 13 or more and ... YOU PROMOTE THE SUBJECT , therefore you do not have to give any ending. To celebrate it has been said!
INFORMATION TO TAKE INTO ACCOUNT
Recuperatorios not go with the note is approved or disapproved.
Cases where teachers give a numerical grade and chances of promoting the subject are very rare.
If you missed an exam for any reason, and you have justification and if your teacher endorses it, you can take it. However, you will do it on the date the recovery is rendered and you lose that chance if the grade does not go to FINAL.
Remember that being at the UBA is more than certain the possibility that they can take 2 partials the same day.
If you have one from the CBC in person and one from UBA XXI at the same time, we recommend that you first talk to your teacher to see what you can do but make a consultation with UBA XXI through the virtual campus.

FINALS
Approximate dates
Remember that there are three calls.
The months of the exams are
(example if you took a subject in the first semester)
- July August
- December
- February March
Keep in mind that you can present yourself to the 3 final instances in a consecutive way.
You do not need to sign up to perform finals, only if you are studying chemistry (At the moment).
In addition, in some cases the end may have exceptions of not surrendering at the same venue. Eg: ICSE chair Ferronato and History chair Ex Lucchini. The end is not given in the Paternal headquarters but in Drago.

FREE
What is a free exam?
An exam where the entire program of the subject enters and consists of two instances, one written and when you pass you go to an oral instance. Teachers tend to be more demanding.
Unlike an ending that your teacher takes with the topics they saw in the course or those that they say enter and in the two calls that follow, your teacher can take you or not and it is the WHOLE program of the subject ONLY in written form .
To perform free you sign up at the headquarters to SURRENDER , remember that you choose the chair. You ask for the program with the topics at the CBC RAMOS MEJÍA headquarters and it also tells you which bibliography to use.
(We always recommend that you join the group of the headquarters to perform. Ex: if you want to perform in the city on Facebook you will find a group of ours like
CBC UBA CIUDAD UNIVERSITARIA (it is always CBC UBA and the name of the headquarters) and there you ask the subject and what those who have already attended recommend to you).
REQUIREMENTS FOR FREE PERFORMANCE
To have been a regular student of the subject for at least one semester.
CBC notebook.
Not having it assigned this semester. Example: If we are in November and you are studying IPC but you want to give it free in December, you cannot, you have to wait for February.
For FADU students who want to take Free Drawing or Project, as far as we know before the free date, an informative talk is given on how it will be and more.
It is only for these two subjects and you must consult it at the time of registering for free.
